Common Reasons:

        - Not changing Business Unit (BU) from A&B to Division (A&B divisions are Sig East, Bolton, USS, Quebec, Prince George, Richmond, Construction, Production, Edmonton, Calgary)
                 - The above problem will make it so you can't time
                 - Mostly happens when they hit New rather than Copy
        - solution: Go to Business Unit Drop Down under General Information and select individual Division like Construction or Production

- Forgetting Phase Code
        - Did they put hrs in Unpaid Time or Travel Phase field? If so fix it

- Can't find Job Number
        - Already on the FL
        - Check that Phase Code for the Job is on there

- Can't find equip
        - Contact Sam in case asset management didn't push it to the company
