1. Open the B2W Mobile application
2. Select the three line menu on the top-left side of the screen
3. Select "Settings" from the drop down
4. Select the white box next to "B2W Operations Sever URL"
Note: This will remove any drafts that are not saved on the server (drafts saved on device only will disappear); as mentioned in previous emails these would have to have been saved to the server before the upgrade deadline
5. Add the information as follows:
Name: {First Name Last Names}’s iPad
Server URL: https://b2w.universalrail.com/b2w
Password: May2023
6. Select "Register"
7. The process can be double checked by selecting the 3-line menu and navigating to “Settings”. The “B2W Operations Sever URL” should show as “https://b2w.universalrail.com/b2w”
8. Use the 3-line menu on the top-left side of the screen to navigate to “Field Logs”
9. Select any field log, and press it to open it’s general information.
- Select “Menu” on the top right side of the screen, and choose “Copy Field Log”
- Set the Copy settings as below
- Ensure that Notes is de-selected so that it says to SKIP
- Select Custom property values so that it says COPY
- Deselect everything below general information except for Copy from General Information Section. General Info section should remain as YES. The others in this section should say NO.
- Select “Create” in the upper right.
- This draft either be used to input time, or can be deleted.
