1. Open the B2W employee 23.3 application
2. Select the 3-line menu on the top-left of the application
3. From the given options, select "Settings"
If you have not logged in, you can also click the Gear Icon in the bottom right corner and then Settings:
4. Once in settings, select "Server Settings"
5. Select "Reset Server"
Note: This will remove any drafts that are not saved on the server (drafts saved on device only will disappear); as mentioned in previous emails these would have to have been saved to the server before the upgrade deadline
6. Enter your work email, and the pin for your B2W. The Server URL should be: https://b2w.universalrail.com/b2w
7. Select "Register"
8. The process can be double checked by selecting the 3-line menu and navigating to settings. Select "Server Settings". "Server URL" should show as https://b2w.universalrail.com/b2w
9. Select “Settings” in the top left corner
- Select the three line menu on the top left, and select "Work Logs”
- Pick any Work Log, and open it.
- Select the three dot menu in the top right, and choose “Copy Work Log”
- Set the Work Log settings like Below:
- Ensure that Notes is turned off
- Turn on Custom Property Values
- Turn off everything below Custom Property Values except Work Log Info. Work Log Info should remain on.
- Select “Create”
- This draft can either be used to input time, or it can be deleted.
